Hi, monks

Is there any way to check for new questions in Seekers of Perl Wisdom via RSS Feed?

Searching for RSS Feed gives me RSS feeds to most of perlmonks.org.

A direct link to relevant RSS feeds per page could be nice indeed, but I'm not entirely sure that having multiple badly written RSS clients hitting the site is a good thing. On the other hand, the RSS files would be mostly static and could be cached on disk I guess, especially for the sections.

Update: I just realized that Perlmonks already has RSS feeds for many pages already, I just looked in the wrong place for the RSS icon (Firefox displays it in the address bar ...). Except that separate sections don't seem to have RSS links.

There's the Newest Nodes RSS Feed. If you want only SOPW, or other certain section(s), note that it obeys the filter list defined in your Newest Nodes Settings. So if you want your RSS feed pull to select a different set of sections than your normal NN view, you'll have to do some fancy footwork with setting and resetting your NN configuration. Otherwise, you could filter the results on the client end by the <category> field.
