    If you can store the pass phrase in your perl program you can do the following
    my $passphrase = "perl is great!" open OUT,"|./pgp testMSG.pgp" ; print OUT "$passphrase\n"; close OUT ;
    good luck

    Read the docs of you pgp-program?

    Perhaps there is an option to store the passphrase in a config-file (that would be very insecure) or to enter the passphrase when starting the pgp-program (as one of the various options).
