A new caveat was added to Site Rules Governing User Accounts recently that users may not use multiple roles to circumvent "borging or other restrictions". But, you're right there is no site rule that prevents multiple personalities from posting. In my opinion it is common courtesy not to switch personalities in the course of a single thread, but that's just my $0.02.
