Had you even bothered to super search using your node title you would have found No database driver specified and DBI_DSN env var not set, this may help, since you don't show us any of the code that is causing this problem, there is not much more to add, other than read How do I post a question effectively? and the PerlMonks FAQ if you have not already done so.
