Since a lot of European (and maybe other too) Perlmonks will be attending YAPC::Europe 2001 in Amsterdam, I thought it would be a good idea to poll if it would be a good idea to organize some Perlmonks activity on one of the evenings during this event.

I can imagine things like a pubcrawl like we had on YAPC::Europe 2000 in London, or maybe someone else has another great idea about this.

Hereby I volunteer to do some organizing-stuff for it if there are enough people who will come...

I'd certainly be interested in something like this - and it would be nice to go on a pub crawl without having to organise it :)

Yeah, but this is Amsterdam we're talking about. It's not a *pub* crawl we want to go on . . . .

Well, bars then. With maybe the occasional coffee shop on the way :)
