    Take a look at Tk::Wm

    Look for the methods resizeable, minsize, maxsize.

    Should hopefully help you...

    For example (note -> code untested),
    $main->minsize(qw(600 600)); $main->maxsize(qw(700 1000)); $main->resizable( 0, 0 );
