Thanks for trying to help me out, but I fixed the problem. Apparently, the SQL Server driver on unix that I installed from easysoft was a 64bit and my perl on AIX 5.2 was a 32bit application. All I had to do was reinstall a 32bit SQL Server Driver from easysoft and force install DBD::ODBC.

Worked like a charm :)!
