One answer might be "Sure, for $x,xxx."
Perhaps more helpful is this note: we are glad to help, but despite that, customarily, the response might be "Show us what you've tried; show us your code."
If we can help by teaching you to fish, you shouldn't go hungry in the future. And we can't do very much by way of specific help on a question as broad as yours without more information.
And speaking of "go hungry," since many of us make a living by employing the skills you're asking us to employ, we just may not have strong inclination to give away the whole job.
But, on the third hand, we do try to be helpful. Wiser monks may provide a more specific or detailed answer, but you might do well to look at the documentation for:
- PGP-FindKey
Perl interface to finding PGP keyids from e-mail addresses.
Version: 0.02
- PGP-Sign
Create and verify PGP/GnuPG signatures, securely
Version: 0.17
in CPAN or Active State, depending on your OS, skills and preferences.
