    Too little information to help you - see How do I post a question effectively?

    Please post the script which is causing you trouble, and along with it, your OS and perl version.

    --shmem

    _($_=" "x(1<<5)."?\n".q·/)Oo.  G°\        /
                                  /\_¯/(q    /
    ----------------------------  \__(m.====·.(_("always off the crowd"))."·
    ");sub _{s./.($e="'Itrs `mnsgdq Gdbj O`qkdq")=~y/"-y/#-z/;$e.e && print}

    Given you seem to have extracted the error message "Connection timed out" it would seem probable that you either don't have Kerberos service running or more likely you are firewalled on the required port. Open up these ports and it will probably work:

    88/tcp
    88/udp

      In addition to port 88 you may need to open 750 on UDP and TCP (if you are using an older V4 server).
