in reply to Perl6::Doc is on CPAN now

There will be also an second Module (probably Perl6::Doc::Update), that updates your local copy of the Synopses

This is probably a silly question, and it's also somewhat of an aside, but could someone please point me to where I can find the source files of the synopses? I don't see them in the Parrot source (find . -name '*S[01]*'), and although the Pugs source has a lot of docs (and is just plain huge, besides), I'm not able to find them in there either.

I can see from the posts to p.p6.l that they're in someplace that looks like doc/trunk/design/syn :). I'm not seeing any obvious links to the source for them on the synopses page though... maybe I need another cup of tea.

      Ah. Of course. Thank you.

One big weird thing I notice though: neither these docs, nor the ones that come with Parrot (nor the ones that come with Pugs) use our shiny new Perl6-Perldoc (thank you Damian!).

In fact, ... S26.pod6 isn't in with the other synopses, even though it's been available in its current form since April.

Was there a decision from on-high to not use Perl6::Perldoc, or is it simply that no one has yet bothered to convert to the updated format?

As far as I know, no one has bothered to convert them yet.

Im aware of the situation (not that my S26 was old :), but im currently updating it) and i tried to use damians module. I got somehow the impression it isn't ready ore i have to use it with another POD module and has to figure out how to plug them together.

since version 0.33 is now out, this is one of my next goals. :)
