SecureCRT and SecureFX from VanDyke Technologies

++ for these. Well worth the money I paid years and years ago. What I particularly like is that they can all share the same identity file. I also like their Entunnel -- a nice, headless SSH port tunneling program that sits as an icon in the tray.
