That's not so easy, because word uses visual markup and POD uses semantic markup.

I know of no direct converter, but perhaps you can use a word-to-html converter and then try to convert html to POD, or got the word->plain text->POD route.

But I guess both ways are painful :(

Word should be able to save documents in RTF format, and it might be a little bit cleaner than MS's brand of HTML. RTF::Parser might be able to give you a few more ideas.	[reply]
