If you cannot show the code, at least tell us the structure of your code:- Are the headers/footers in separate files?
- How are they all linked together?
- Do you use templates?
- Are the main and sub-domain sites running on the same server? As the same user, with the same privileges?
- What errors do you see in the logs of the web-server?
- What version of Perl are you using?
- Do you use mod_perl?
