As with the release of Text::CSV_PP, the Pure Perl counterpart of Text::CSV_XS, Text::CSV is now just a wrapper over Text::CSV_XS (if installed) or Text::CSV_PP in that order. Text::CSV_XS is still factors faster than Text::CSV_PP, but all the +'s and -'s in above table that are under the Text::CSV_XS column can now also be put in the Text::CSV column.
