I suggest that My Favorite Holy War is: be repeated with more options, and turned into a double poll like Re: poll ideas quest (housework).

Some more options that come into my mind are:

Update: yes, the point of this poll was to advertize my old poll idea on housework. The holy wars thing is just a convenient excuse for it.

    • indent width
    • tabs vs spaces
    • expr and action; vs action if expr;

    And don't start adding non-IT stuff like music

    Brace placement style. A lot of people tend to be very religious about this.

}

      $trollnames[rand($#trollnames)];

      That never chooses the last troll. Use $trollnames[rand(@trollnames)] instead.

    The old PC vs. Mac idea isn't as relevant as it once was since the Macs of today (and yesterday to an extent) are built on the same basic architecture as PCs. To be more accurate it should probably read Windows vs. (OS X|Mac|Apple).
