Well, this is far from a comprehensive listing, these are just modules I know about (or wrote). Of course there is also a lot of Moose code not on CPAN that has been written for people's jobs (we have at least 5 apps in prod at my $work).

• Forest - basically my replacement for Tree::Simple
• FCGI::Engine - A set of tools to make FCGI deployment easier
• Excel::Template::Plus - Extending Excel::Template to use TT for templating
• Text::Flow - Text flow/wrap module which does more than just ASCII/fixed-width text
• Bread::Board - A replacement for IOC

• VCI - A generic interface for interacting with various version-control systems.
• Devel::REPL - An highly extensible REPL for Perl written with Moose
• Notification::Center - An observer/notification pattern in Moose
• Fey - A next-gen Albazo (see other Fey:: modules for more info)
• Chart::OFC - module to interact with Open Flash Chart
• WWW::Mechanize::TreeBuilder - the bastard love-child of WWW::Mechanize and HTML::TreeBuilder
• iPod::Squish - squishes the files so you can fit more on your iPod
• Class::Workflow - a workflow system written in Moose
• Devel::Events - Extensible instrumentation framework.
• Devel::StringInfo - excellent tool for introspecting strings to determine utf8-ness
• POE::Component::ResourcePool - Moose & POE together :)
• Verby - kind of like Ant + Make + Moose + other-stuff
• App::TemplateServer - An application to serve processed templates
• Net::Jifty - An interface to online Jifty apps (see also Net::Hiveminder)
• POE::Component::DirWatch::Object - more Moose and POE
• Term::Spinner - A progress spinner for commandline programs
• DBIx::PgLink - external database access from PostgreSQL backend using Perl DBI
• Mail::Summary::Tools - Tools for mailing list summarization
• XML::Grammar::Screenplay - an XML grammar for screenplays

You might always want to look in the MooseX:: namespace for the various extensions for Moose that have been written. And since Moose is meta-circular, most of these extensions to Moose have themselves been written with Moose.
