Based on this discussion I have 'started' Perlmonks.pm. I won't be doing a website for it (since this *is* the website), but have a mailing list for people who want to be a part of Perlmonks.pm.

To subscribe, send an email to majordomo(at)hfb.pm.org with the message body "subscribe perlmonks-pm". The posting address should be mailed to you when you subscribe.
