Perl for Visual studio C# or C++

If I understand correctly, you want to use Perl in the Visual Studio IDE? (I assume by specifying the languages, you mean the Express versions?) HTH: Visual Perl I'm a peripheral visionary... I can see into the future, but just way off to the side.	[reply]

Like we tell people in the ChatterBox all the time, don't ask to ask a question, just ask the question! Absent an actual question, I can only referer you to perlembed if you wish to embed Perl into your process. Another alternative is to run `perl` as a child process. I'm assuming, like nefigah, that you want to use Visual Studio as a Perl-targeted IDE. I didn't know about Visual Perl (which seems quite neat), but another option for a Windows Perl IDE is Active State's Komodo (http://www.activestate.com/Products/komodo_ide/index.mhtml, not free) As a side note, if you were looking to upgrade your Visual Studio Express to Standard, you might want to hit one of Microsoft's launch events for Visual Studio 2008 (and SQL Server and Server).
