So, you found a free proxy to do what you want, but it had some kind of problem? What proxy did you find and what was the problem? Why do you think a commercial proxy would be better? Is the problem you had related to using LWP::UserAgent with it? Is this really a Perl question?

    Hi Kile, tahk your your reply, yes, it's a Perl question becouse we don't use the proxy feature of LWP if haven't a proxy, isn't it?

    You know better than me why use or not use free proxy, i don't know if use a commercial proxy is better or not, but in general the mayor case of free proxy that you can find are ilegal or malconfigurated, that's the same, isn't it?

    I don't want to use ilegal proxy, but I want to use the proxy feature of LWP.

      The site you linked is a list of open proxies, it appears. Can you tell us why you want to use a proxy at all? That would help us decide what to recommend.
