There are "<<here document", q//, & qq// operators ...

Welcome ...
  ...
 -h ...

 -q ...

START

print q[ Welcome ...
          ...
          -h ...

          -q ...

        ];

... which make it easy to see just what is being printed. They also come with similar problem of indentation.
