The following error will appear unless Microsoft Office Outlook is the default email client:

The following warning is displayed:

Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Office Outlook and set it as the default mail client..

How to set Microsoft Office Outlook as default email client:

• Open Internet Explorer (yes, IE, not Outlook).
• Select Tools -> Internet Options -> Programs.
• For E-mail select Microsoft Office Outlook, and Apply.

Then you should be able to run the above script on your Windows machine with Microsoft Office Outlook and Win32::OLE installed.
