You can find them at http://news.perlfoundation.org/2008/05/2008q2_grant_proposals.html. In my opinion this is an unusually good crop of proposals. The Perl Foundation grant committee will start voting on them in a week or so. Public comments affect our votes.

Speaking personally, I am interested to know which projects would be useful to the community. Would something like Blog::Normalize be used by anyone other than the author? How big is the NetBeans community, and would they find it useful to have Perl support? And so on.
