A number of the non-O'Reilly books use it. I did tech-editing for one and tried my darndest to get it out of there, but the author wouldn't budge.
My criteria for good software:
  1. Does it work?
  2. Can someone else come in, make a change, and be reasonably certain no bugs were introduced?
