Need help for doc to pdf conversion without loss of any links

sureshrps has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hi, Iam trying to convert doc file to pdf. while converting in vb, the link was lost. so now im coming to perl. Is there any module in perl to convert doc file to pdf without any reference link lost. Waiting for your valuable reply. Regards Suresh

Not Perl but CutePDF can do it. You could use it via Win32::OLE or vba (it installs itself as a printer).	[reply]

Not certain about the links, but I have used Open Office with a macro behind a Win32 Apache server to do the DOC->PDF conversion. Cannot release internal code, but I did find lots of information on how to do this using Google. HTH --MidLifeXis	[reply]
