Well, you've rewritten the requirement to avoid the problematic "can", but that you did so, rather than argue that "can" is not ambiguous, just shows that "can" is unambiguously ambiguous :)

Would the sample provided in the spec have any additional solutions? If not, this falls into the category of ambiguities remaining after "all ambiguities" are resolved by the sample.
