    In addition to the Perl stuff you could use Google charts for the graphs and Perl for generating the URIs+data and HTML to load them. I think they are served as PNGs though that might be configurable. It's really a pretty nice little service. If I were doing a personal project with graphs, I'd probably use it.

    I'd use ploticus. Here are some samples including a pie chart. It runs on various Unix, Linux, and win32 systems.
