"Made in Scotland from Girders"
Is that Iron Ade (or Ferro Ade, I forget which)?

I was in Glasgow in 2005, saw it advertised, and gave it a try. It was ... different. (Remind me to introduce you to Cel-Ray, the celery soda.)

The horror, the horror! That's the drink!

Is it popular, or something you sell to tourists, so you can laugh at us in secret? 8-)

Irn-Bru is very popular with young and old alike throughout the uk and is sold on every street corner.

In Scotland I think it is more popular than either Coca-Cola or Pepsi. It seems to be gathereing a bit of cult following and it is believed by some to have mystical powers for hangovers and and other ills as this video clip attests.
