No, that is you could probably try one of the many available modules for creating graphs/charts but there does not appear to be a module that supports the Renko and Kagi charts. Monks please correct me if I am wrong!

On the web you can find many implementations in other languages (C#, Java, etc.). It is not clear what exactly you want to do, but if you're making a web application then using JavaScript is an option. There are also free JavaScript implementations around. You can use that with any language outputting html (perl, php, etc.)

You might try your luck with Chart::Gnuplot or one of the (many) modules based on GD.
