Welcome to the Monastery, smunro16. Please read Writeup Formatting Tips and How do I post a question effectively?. You've shown us some code (albeit messed up horribly, you need `<code>...</code>` tags) and desired output, but as far as I can see no example input that would match your desired output. What you are trying to achieve will never produce word documents, just plain text files. (Update: Oh, I forgot to mention, please don't yell at people by writing your title in ALL UPPER CASE).
