Easy,
Just use two other columns in the query itself,
ie
my $query = "SELECT DISTINCT ID,unix_timestamp(tUpdate) as t,unix_time +stamp(tEnter) as p,tUpdate, tEnter from ini_Rate where tUpdate > tEnter limit 5 ";
