No, the point of the "No Theme" theme is to disable all the default CSS you'd get when using a theme, so that those who so desire can completely style PerlMonks to their liking. (These folks find the small set of pre-canned themes too limiting.) If you use "No Theme", you really need to go define some CSS in your Display Settings. Yes, this should be better documented. ;-)

    If the "Comment" link is not forced to be white, I think OP would be satisfied with his|her current setup.

      I see no hint on Display Settings that "No Theme" is meant to not work properly without additional user CSS. So I agree that it shouldn't break something like this if practical.
