Me again.
I'm using ActivePerl on Win98.
I tried looking for $" in the html pod.
I asked in the cb, and some monks pointed me to $LIST_SEPARATOR.
I look at the html pod, and i see $``.
I say that in the cb.
Monks still keep pointing me to it, saying that's what it is.
In a stroke of genius, i fireup perldoc perlvar.
I scroll down, and finally see $", and realize it must be a bug in pod2html.
This really pisses me off.
It should piss you off too.
Just a warning/rant.

update: looking into it currently, but googling it just reveals **see Pod::Html.

What about sending a bug report, or even better a patch?
