I don't have any windows programs at all, but since it's the usual tool for smoking perl, I guess there is a version somewhere.

If you want to download a recent snapshot instead, you can (with any client that does http, and you can still rsync to get it up-to-date).

(Dialup is really sad, it's only three years that I got rid of it...)

    (Dialup is really sad, it's only three years that I got rid of it...)

    BT (local telco) have been promising me that I'll be able to get ADSL here "real soon now" for 6+ years, but the last test in January was still no go. I also had a cellular broadband guy come to demonstrate his wares, but even he had to admit that the minor increase in throughput I would get here, combined with the extra cost and frequent drop-outs wasn't worth it.
