If you have been looking for excuse to visit China, this maybe it!

PerlChina is hosting the Beijing Perl Workshop on Nov 08,2008 Saturday. This workshop is jointly organized with Postgresql China. Workshop is free for all. Please register at http://conference.perlchina.org/bjpw2008/

We are also calling for speakers. We are accepting Perl talks in 20, 40 and 60 mintues length, plus 5 minutes lighting talk. Everyone is welcome to submit a talk proposal -- we are hoping to give everyone a chance to speak in the workshop. Deadline for submiting talk proposal is Oct, 21th.

Currently we have invited Jesse Vincent to speak in the workshop. he is the Perl 6 manager, Jifty and RT creator.
