Sorry, I don't get it. Call it like this:

Is it the verbosity of the class name that bothers you or something else?

Yes, it's the totally unnecessary verbosity that's extremely annoying to get rid of. That doesn't bother you?	[reply]

A little. Not very much. And traded off against the consistency and flexibility I mentioned earlier in Re: Object Oriented packages - classes and subroutines, brevity loses out. So while I see your point, I value other things way more. /J	[reply]

From that post, you clearly believe that (1) everything is a method, and (2) you'll usually want to override things. In my experience and in my view, both of these claims are deeply wrong, but it's obvious they are a matter of taste. For example, I find smalltalk loathsome and dogmatic, but it appeals to a lot of people.	[reply]
