I want to learn about Perl

I'm well aware my Perl prowess is at the lower end of the mastery continuum. I'd like that to change, which is why I'm here:

    To follow the path:
    look to the master,
    follow the master,
    walk with the master,
    see through the master,
    become the master.

... or something like that :)

Indicators of geekdom:

You get a kick out of finishing sentences with domain names, because of the syntactic overlap of certain written languages and DNS notation.
