I'm doubt it is even needed for this case. The question really boils down to someone, with a better understanding than me, of perl objects, Mail::Message and Mail::Field and explaining how I get the appropriate information from the former to create the latter (Mail::Message::Head -> Mail::Field::Received).

However, to answer your question directly, use the source from any random email laying around. That way no one would need to post any sensitive information which your link specifically admonished against.
