problem with WWW::Mechanize

kayj has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

I am trying to download WWW::Mechanize . I tried "ppm install WWW::Mechanize" from the command line and I am getting the following message "ppm install failed: can not find any package that provide WWW::Mechanize" I also looked at the tutorial A Guide to Installing Modules By tachyon and he mentioned a MakeFile.pl that I cannot find . I appreciate your help,

You might need to find a PPM repository that contains WWW::Mechanize. Usually trouchelle.com works.	[reply]

What perl version do you use? If it ActiveState perl than as i remember you should try `ppm install WWW-Mechanize`... But all fresh ActiveStates perl bundles with GUI ppm program. So i think you must check your repositories list.	[reply] [d/l]
