    This is Perlmonks, not Biomonks. There is Bioperl, which likely does lots and lots of what you need, but you've already been pointed to that.

    Also, you seem to be under the impression that we will write your programs for you. This is not really the case. Show us what code you've already written, and propably try to leave out all the technical biology terms, because fewer people here know what a codon is than people who can tell you how to match certain three-letter sequences.
