If you have shell access, the way to find out if premchai21 is correct would be to change to the directory containing FTP.pm and type `perldoc ./FTP.pm'. You can then examine the POD to see if it is, in fact, Net::FTP (my guess is that it probably is).
If you don't have shell access, just download the .pm file to somewhere that you do have shell access (or at least can examine the file in a text-editor) and just read the file yourself, scanning for the POD or some other indication of the name.
It is possible, however unlikely, that the file they have is a hand-rolled, site-specific file. I doubt it, though.
