Hi Tchai, Thanks for your interest. It's been a long time since I looked at that code, but I've put a link to the files here. When you run `makelegal.pl`, it creates a file `legal.txt`, which can then be used to update `Legal.pm` by hand. Once `Legal.pm` was complete, there was no longer any need for `makelegal.pl`, of course.
