    See the answers you got in How to sorting. Maybe you can show us the code you're using and tell us where you have problems. The answers you already got get you 90% there, you just need to expand them some more. Also, if you do a Super Search for natural sort, you will find more good answers.

    You could use this as a sort function:
    ($a=~/(\d+)/)[0] <=> ($b=~/(\d+)/)[0]

         ..to maintain is to slowly feel your soul, sanity and sentience ebb away as you become one with the Evil.
