Two conflicting Moose 'roles'

locked_user sundialsvc4 has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

I have found two Moose "roles" which, when taken together, do exactly “what I need to do... yesterday.”

Trouble is, both of them define the method, “render().”

What happens?

Is it possible for me to somehow refer to both of them?

You have to specifically disambiguate the conflict, you will want to look at Moose::Cookbook::Roles::Recipe2 and if that is not enough then you can look at the following tests 012_method_exclusion_in_composition.t, 013_method_aliasing_in_composition.t and 014_more_alias_and_exclude.t to see it more in action. -stvn	[reply]
