Just go to http://perlcritic.tigris.org and request a "Developer" role in the project (You'll need to register with Tigris first)

You can't do that, AFAICT. The 'request project membership/role' page only allows you to request the 'observer' role.

I requested the "observer" role and then sent a message to the dev discussion. I got promoted to "Developer" in about an hour.	[reply]
