I can afford to spend so much time at the Monastery because:
- I got rich using Perl before the bubble burst
- I work from home
- With my dectupled productivity (thanks to Perl), I only need to work 1 hour per day
- Parents' basement... 'nuff said
- I'm independently wealthy
- Sugar daddy/momma
- I can't (or, Hi, my name's ____, and I'm an addict)
- Perl is critical to my job and I can't afford not to
Life is denied by lack of attention,
whether it be to cleaning windows
or trying to write a masterpiece...
