The PPM utility that's available from CPAN now ships with Strawberry Perl - at least it's part of http://strawberryperl.com/download/strawberry-perl-5.10.0.4.zip.

I've found it to be a useful addition to Strawberry Perl.

    >ppm install Image-Magick
    works great.
