id:12345 name: che1 identifier def: "chemical Identifier or CI numbers for molecules." subset:chemi slim synonym: "chemical Identifier cI" E[] synonym: "chemical Identifier c2" EXACT alternate [] synonym: "chemical Identifier c3" EXACT short [] xref: id-validation-regexp:\"[0-9\]+\"
I need the out put as
12345,che1 identifier 12345,chemical Identifier cI 12345,chemical Identifier c2 12345,chemical Identifier c3

    Take a look at DBD::AnyData. It is able to be configured to read pretty much any regular flat file format and convert it to any one of a number of databases.

    id Followed by name or synonym
