I shall trouble you to do a bit more research... the slightest investigation of `CGI` (for instance...) would have told you what you seek to know. A cookie is set by a request in the “header” of an HTTP exchange. Its value is provided (if the cookie exists...) in every HTTP header. Depending upon the particular CGI-framework that you are using, the returned cookies (and their values) are dutifully made available to you. We can help to clarify your knowledge, but truly we cannot do your homework for you... and it is rather rude to ask.
