in reply to What is the smallest Gadget that can run perl?

Well, whatever it is, it has to have an operating system, but that is easy now. I would suspect they already have cpu's that fit in a USB memory key. With such a tiny device, you could run Perl to say...constantly check email addresses, incoming call phone numbers, etc.......oh wait, they have such devices....cell phones/txt_messagers.

Everyone will eventually carry around their computer system(s), on little USB style solid state memory devices. ...( I wonder what great new gadgets the James_Bonds of the world have now?? ... Q where are you? get over here.! )

yeah, I have a dramatic streak in me :-)
