"aaaaah"! :-))))) I wonder what created that setting. Cygwin would be my guess, as its (bash) shell also reports `TERM=dumb` ... except that my XP laptop has never had Cygwin installed on it. The msys (bash) shell reports `TERM=msys`. Or maybe 'dumb' is the default - and you guys have done something to change it ? Anyway - another mystery solved. Nice work ikegami, BrowserUk.
